Plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Saliann Scarpulla, J.), dated December 5, 2006, which granted defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint; (2) an order (same court and Judge), dated September 28, 2007, which denied plaintiff's motion to "replead," reargue and renew the aforesaid December 5, 2006 order; and (3) an order (same court and Judge), dated March 11, 2008, which denied plaintiff's motion to reargue the aforesaid September 28, 2007 order.


Per Curiam.
