Tenant Joseph Belinsky and respondent Joita Goga Belinsky appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Gary F. Marton, J.), dated December 8, 2008, which, among other things, substituted Joita Goga Belinsky for "John Doe" in the caption, substituted new counsel for tenant Belinsky, relieved tenant Belinsky's guardian ad litem, and denied vacatur relief from a stipulation, final judgment and warrant of eviction entered in a holdover summary proceeding.
