PER CURIAM
Following our initial review of this matter, we ordered a limited remand requesting the trial judge to expand his findings and conclusions. Vorhand v. Guinan, No. A-3768-14 (App. Div. June 23, 2016) (slip op. at 18-20). We retained jurisdiction. The judge complied on July 20, 2016. Counsel was permitted to file additional submissions. Thereafter, counsel informed the court this matter was amicably adjusted and the parties stipulated to the dismissal of this appeal. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the appeal is dismissed with prejudice and without costs.
