Submitted January 14, 2015 Decided

Before Judges Waugh and Carroll.

On appeal from the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Monmouth County, GP Appeal No. 2013-028.

Evan F. Nappen, attorney for appellant Jonathan V. Lipovac (Richard V. Gilbert, on the brief).

Christopher J. Gramiccioni, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor, attorney for respondent State of New Jersey (Ian D. Brater, Special Deputy Attorney General/Acting Assistant Prosecutor, on the brief).

PER CURIAM

Appellant Jonathan V. Lipovac appeals the Law Division's August 13, 2013 order denying his application for change of address on his New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card. The State having conceded that the decision on appeal was improperly premised on hearsay evidence in contravention of our Supreme Court's decision in Weston v. State, 60 N.J. 36, 48-51 (1972), the order on appeal is reversed and the matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the requirements of Weston.

Reversed and remanded.
