PER CURIAM

In this post-judgment motion, defendant, George Sydlar, appeals from a Family Part order entered on November 13, 2009 denying his motion for reconsideration of an order dated September 2, 2009.

We rejected defendant's challenges to an order denying his motion for reconsideration of a prior order for enforcement and denial of defendant's motion to modify prior court orders, including the judgment of divorce. Sydlar v. Sydlar, No. A-1906-08 (App. Div. October 21, 2009).

On appeal, defendant renews his substantive arguments claiming violation of his due process and constitutional rights by orders of the trial court, including but not limited to, Judge Ramsey's order of November 13, 2009, denying his motion for reconsideration. We note that this appeal was filed out of time. The order that is the subject of the appeal was filed on November 13, 2009, and the appeal was not filed until January 12, 2010. Based on this deficiency, this appeal could be dismissed for failure to comply with the appellate rules. R. 2:4-1. Nevertheless, we have carefully considered defendant's legal arguments after reviewing the record on appeal, and conclude that defendant's arguments are completely without merit. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).

Affirmed.
