Defendant Yong Soon Kim appeals from an order entered on October 29, 2010, which denied her motion to vacate the final judgment of foreclosure entered in this action on June 28, 2010. We affirm substantially for the reasons set forth in Judge Contillo's October 29, 2010 oral opinion. Defendant's arguments lack sufficient merit to warrant any additional discussion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).

Affirmed.
