Submitted March 29, 2011 Decided May 5, 2011
Before Judges Wefing, Payne and Hayden.
On appeal from Superior Court of New Jersey,
Law Division, Monmouth County, Indictment Nos.
04-08-1936, 06-05-0924, and 06-06-1202.
Robert S. Newell, appellant pro se.
Peter E. Warshaw, Jr., Monmouth County Prosecutor,
attorney for respondent (Ian D. Brater, Assistant
Prosecutor, of counsel and on the brief).
PER CURIAM
Robert S. Newell appeals from a trial court order denying his motion for reconsideration of the amount of jail credits properly due him while serving three concurrent sentences of four years each. In light of the fact that he has served his maximum term under these sentences and was released from custody while this appeal was pending, we dismiss the appeal as moot.
Dismissed as moot.
