Defendant M.Q. appeals from a final judgment of guardianship entered on May 1, 2009, which terminated her parental rights to her son J.E.Q. We affirm the judgment substantially for the reasons set forth in Judge Katz's comprehensive May 7, 2009 written decision. Defendant's arguments do not warrant any additional discussion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).
Affirmed.
