CARMELLA MUCCI,
Petitioner-Appellant,
vs.
BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF MOONACHIE,
Respondent-Respondent.

Submitted: March 10, 2010 - Decided:
Before Judges Cuff and Waugh.
On appeal from the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Workers' Compensation, 2000-28064.
Bergman & Barrett, attorneys for appellant (Michael T. Barrett, of counsel and on the brief).
Capehart Scatchard, PA, attorneys for respondent (Ian G. Zolty, on the brief).
PER CURIAM
Petitioner Carmella Mucci appeals from an order dismissing her claim for workers' compensation benefits for failure to sustain the burden of proof. On appeal, she argues that she submitted sufficient objective medical evidence to support an award of permanent partial disability. Petitioner contended that she was exposed to fumes and other irritants during her employment as a teacher from August 1, 1997 through September 13, 1999.
Having thoroughly reviewed the record compiled in the Division of Workers' Compensation, we conclude that the decision of the Judge of Compensation Jill M. Fader is supported by sufficient credible evidence on the record as a whole. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(D). The April 21, 2009 order dismissing the petition is, therefore, affirmed.
Affirmed.
