PER CURIAM

Defendant Robert Farmer appeals from the denial of his motion to set aside a sheriff's foreclosure sale. Having reviewed the record and considered the arguments presented on appeal, we affirm substantially for the reasons stated by Judge Colalillo in her oral decision of October 9, 2009. We further note that defendant has not presented any argument that warrants discussion in a written opinion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).

Affirmed.
