PER CURIAM

Defendant Bruce Kreeger appeals from the August 25, 2008 final judgment and order that entered judgment in favor of plaintiffs ATM Center, Inc. and Jeffrey E. Michelson and against him in the amount of $50,580 plus attorneys' fees in the amount of $55,800. We affirm substantially for the reasons expressed by Judge Langlois in her July 17, 2008 oral opinion.

Affirmed.
