Plaintiff appeals from a final judgment for $5,232.86 in favor of defendants on their counterclaim for unpaid storage charges. This judgment was based on an oral opinion rendered by the trial court on June 20, 2006. We affirm the final judgment substantially for the reasons set forth in the trial court's oral opinion. Plaintiff's arguments do not warrant any additional discussion. R. 2:11-3(e)(1)(E).
