____________________________________

Argued: August 18, 2006 - Decided August 24, 2006

(by telephone)

Before Judges Kestin and Winkelstein.

On appeal from the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, Camden County, L-2698-00.

Mark J. Molz argued the cause for appellant (Stephen Cristal, on the brief).

Susan L. Moreinis argued the cause for respondent.

PER CURIAM

Plaintiff appeals from the trial court's order of May 13, 2005, granting defendant's motion for summary judgment and dismissing the legal malpractice complaint with prejudice. After reviewing the record in the light of the written and oral arguments advanced by the parties and prevailing legal standards, we are in substantial agreement with the reasons for dismissal Judge Fratto gave during and at the close of oral argument on the motion. See In re O'Dowd, 233 F.3d 197 (3d Cir. 2000).

Accordingly, we affirm.
