In Case No. 97-588, State of New Hampshire v. Bountham Sonthikoummane, the court upon April 25, 2001, made the following order:

The slip opinion issued on October 31, 2000, as amended by order of this court issued on April 6, 2001, is further amended as follows:

1. The author of the opinion (HORTON, J.) as set forth on page 1 of the slip opinion shall be deleted and replaced with the following: PER CURIAM.

2. The tagline on the last page of the slip opinion shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

With respect to the opinion issued October 31, 2000, JOHNSON, J., sat for oral argument but retired prior to the final vote; THAYER, J., sat for oral argument but resigned prior to the final vote; BROCK, C.J., and BRODERICK, J., concurred.
