IN RE: LOCAL RULES OF THE
NINETEENTH CIRCUIT COURT DISTRICT
ORDER
This matter is before the Court en banc on the petition to rescind local rules filed by
the Honorable Kathy King Jackson, the Honorable Dale Harkey and the Honorable Robert
P. Krebs of the Nineteenth Circuit Court District. After due consideration, the Court finds
that the petition should be granted and the previously adopted local rules should be repealed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the petition to rescind local rules filed by the
judges of the Nineteenth Circuit Court District is hereby granted. The previously adopted
local rules for the Nineteenth Circuit Court District of Mississippi are repealed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the Supreme Court shall record this
order in the minutes of the Court and shall forward a true certified copy of this order to West
Publishing Company for inclusion in the Southern Reporter, Second Series (Mississippi
Edition).
