Serial: 131362 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF MISSISSIPPI No. 89-R-99015-SCT IN RE: LOCAL RULES OF THE THIRTEENTH CHANCERY COURT DISTRICT OF MISSISSIPPI ORDER This matter is before the Court en banc on the Motion to Rescind Local Rules filed by the Honorable Larry Buffington of the Thirteenth Chancery Court District. Having considered the motion, the Court finds that the motion should be granted and the previously adopted local rules should be repealed. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Rescind Local Rules filed by the Honorable Larry Buffington of the Thirteenth Chancery Court District is hereby granted. The previously adopted local rules for the Thirteenth Chancery Court District of Mississippi are repealed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the Supreme Court shall record this order in the minutes of the Court and shall forthwith forward a true certified copy of this order to West Publishing Company for inclusion in the Southern Reporter, Second Series (Mississippi Edition).
