Serial: 126484 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF MISSISSIPPI No. 89-R-99010-SCT RE: RULES OF DISCIPLINE FOR THE MISSISSIPPI BAR ORDER Recognizing the disruptions to judicial proceedings, especially as to courts located in the Second (Southern) Supreme Court District of Mississippi caused by hurricane Katrina, the Court has heretofore issued an order granting special relief from filing deadlines in appeals originating in the Southern District. The Court, en banc, further finds that special consideration is also due as to attorney disciplinary proceedings under the Rules of Discipline of the Mississippi Bar as to attorneys residing or having their offices located in the Southern District. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that filing deadlines for all proceedings under the Rules of Discipline of the Mississippi Bar against attorneys with their residences or offices located in the Second (Southern) Supreme Court District are extended for a period of 30 days.
