MISSISSIPPI RULES OF EVIDENCE
ORDER
This matter has come before the Court, en banc, upon Petition for the Amendment of Certain
Provisions of the Mississippi Rules of Evidence, filed by Entergy Operations, Inc. Having considered
the petition, the Court finds that at this time the Petition should be denied.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Petition of Entergy Operations, Inc. be and the same is
hereby denied, but without prejudice to a later request for similar relief.
