SHAPIRO, J., (concurring).
After review of the entire lower court record, including the videos, as well as the
materials presented by petitioner at oral argument before this Court, I believe there are abundant
reasons to question petitioner’s credibility. However, I agree with my colleagues that we must
defer to the trial court as to credibility, particularly in light of the extensive hearing that the trial
court held. Given this deference, I concur.
