Respondent-appellant appeals as of right from an order terminating his parental rights to the minor child pursuant to MCL 712A.19b(3)(c)(i) and (g). We affirm. This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). Failure to timely file the petition for termination of parental rights under MCR 5.974(F)(1)(a) does not require dismissal of the case or reversal of the termination order.
