No. 220867
Oakland Circuit Court
LC No. 95-499835-NM
Defendants-Appellees/CrossAppellants.
Before: White, P.J., and Cavanagh and Talbot, JJ.
WHITE, P.J. (concurring.)
I write separately regarding count II. It appears that the personal jurisdiction question
may have been improperly decided in the underlying case. Nevertheless, on the record made in
the instant case, plaintiffs made an insufficient showing that the decisions in the underlying case
were the result of malpractice.
