STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS In the Matter of ARMONI LAMAR GIST, Minor. FAMILY INDEPENDENCE AGENCY, UNPUBLISHED July 27, 2001 Petitioner-Appellee, v No. 229458 Wayne Circuit Court Family Division LC No. 98-369321 PRISCILLA DENISE GIST, Respondent-Appellant, and TERRY LYNN GIBBONS, Respondent. Before: Wilder, P.J., and Hood and Griffin, JJ. MEMORANDUM. Respondent-appellant appeals by leave granted from the family court’s order terminating her parental rights to the minor child under MCL 712A.19b(3)(a)(ii), (c)(i), (g), (i), and (l). We affirm. This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). The family court did not clearly err in finding that the statutory grounds for termination were established by clear and convincing evidence. MCR 5.974; In Re Miller, 433 Mich 331, 337; 445 NW2d 161 (1989). Respondent-appellant does not argue that termination of her parental rights was clearly not in the child’s best interests. MCL 712A.19b(5); In re Trejo, 462 Mich 341; 612 NW2d 407 (2000). Therefore, we need not address that issue. We conclude that the family court did not err in terminating respondent-appellant’s parental rights to the child. Id. Affirmed. /s/ Kurtis T. Wilder /s/ Harold Hood /s/ Richard Allen Griffin -1-
