Wayne Circuit Court
Family Division
LC No. 97-352334
BRENDA TALISON,
Respondent-Appellant.
Before: McDonald, P.J., and Sawyer and White, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Respondent appeals as of right from a family court order terminating her parental rights to the
minor child pursuant to MCL 712A.19b(3)(c)(i), (g), (h) and (j); MSA 27.3178(598.19b)(3)(c)(i), (g),

Limiting our review to the record, respondent has not established any basis for relief due to
alleged ineffective assistance of counsel, and has failed to show any prejudice that would affect the
decision to terminate her parental rights. People v Pickens, 446 Mich 298; 521 NW2d 797 (1994);
People v Hoag, 460 Mich 1; 594 NW2d 57 (1999); In re Simon, 171 Mich App 443, 447; 431
