Plaintiff Jane Doe and cross-plaintiff Sisters of Mercy Health Corporation appeal as of right an
order of the circuit court granting summary disposition in favor of garnishee defendants Professional

Risk Management Services, Inc., and RLI Insurance Company, and Legion Insurance Company. We
affirm.
The facts and issues raised are set forth in the well-written and researched sixteen-page opinion
by Washtenaw Circuit Judge Melinda Morris. We agree with Judge Morris’ opinion and adopt it as
our own.
