STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS In the Matter of DA’JANAE DENISE BRANCH, Minor. FAMILY INDEPENDENCE AGENCY, UNPUBLISHED August 22, 2000 Petitioner -Appellee, v No. 222294 Wayne Circuit Court Family Division LC No. 98-364940 MICHELLE DENISE BRANCH, Respondent -Appellant. Before: Kelly, P.J., and Whitbeck and Collins, JJ. MEMORANDUM. Respondent Michelle Denise Branch appeals as of right the termination of her parental rights to Da’Janae Denise Branch pursuant to MCL 712A.19b(3)(c)(i) and (g); MSA 27.3178(598.19b)(3)(c)(i) and (g). We affirm. The court did not clearly err in finding that §§ 19b(3)(c)(i) and (g) were established by clear and convincing evidence. In re Jackson, 199 Mich App 22, 25; 501 NW2d 182 (1993). Further, because the record does not show that termination of respondent’s parental rights was not in the child’s best interests, the court did not err in terminating her parental rights to the children. In re Trejo, ___ Mich App ___; ___ NW2d ___ (Docket No. 112528, decided 7/5/2000), slip op p 27. Affirmed. /s/ Michael J. Kelly /s/ William C. Whitbeck /s/ Jeffrey G. Collins -1
