Respondent-Appellant,

Before: Owens, P.J., and Neff and Fitzgerald, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Respondent-appellant appeals by delayed leave granted from a dispositional order directing that
the minor children be placed in the temporary custody of the court, in foster care. We affirm.
We have reviewed the record and conclude that the allegations contained in the petition were
proven by a preponderance of the evidence and were sufficient to support the assumption of jurisdiction
over the minor children. MCL 712A.2(b); MSA 27.3178(598.2)(b); In re Systma, 197 Mich App
