Respondent-appellant appeals by delayed leave granted from a dispositional order directing that the minor children be placed in the temporary custody of the court, in foster care. We affirm. We have reviewed the record and conclude that the allegations contained in the petition were proven by a preponderance of the evidence and were sufficient to support the assumption of jurisdiction over the minor children.
