COURT OF APPEALS
PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
March 7, 2000
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 206532
Calhoun Circuit Court
LC No. 96-003572-FH
BARRY WAYNE ADAMS,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: Zahra, P.J., and White and Hoekstra, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant appeals as of right from his August 7, 1997 jury trial conviction of parental
kidnapping/custodial interference MCL 750.350a; MSA 25.582(1). Defendant was sentenced to a
term of incarceration of 122 to 366 days. We affirm.
Defendant, proceeding in propria personia, purports to raise twenty issues. However, the
issues of preservation of error and standards of review are not addressed in defendant’s brief. Because
defendant is proceeding in propria personia, we have waived the form requirements of MCR 7.212(c)
and liberally construed the arguments advanced by defendant. Nonetheless, we find no reversible error
in the trial court proceedings that resulted in defendant’s conviction.
Affirmed.
