MEMORANDUM.
Respondent-appellant appeals as of right the family court order terminating her parental rights to
the minor children under MCL 712A.19b(3)(b)(ii), (c)(i), (g) and (j); MSA

Respondent raises the issue of ineffective assistance of counsel in her statement of questions
presented, but does not address this issue in her brief. Accordingly, the issue has been abandoned.
Ohio Farmers Insurance Co v Shamie, 235 Mich App 417, 424; 597 NW2d 553 (1999); Knoke v

Affirmed.
