MEMORANDUM.
Defendant was convicted at a bench trial of two counts of second-degree criminal sexual
conduct, MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a), and was sentenced to five years’ probation.
The trial court subsequently determined that defendant violated the terms of his probation, revoked his
probation and sentenced him to three to fifteen years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right.
We affirm.
Defendant’s sentence does not violate the principle of proportionality. People v Milbourn, 435
Mich 630; 461 NW2d 1 (1990); People v Reynolds, 195 Mich App 182, 184-185; 489 NW2d 128
(1992).
Affirmed.
