Respondent-appellant (hereinafter “respondent”) appeals as of right from a family court order of disposition making respondent’s children temporary wards of the court and placing them in foster care. We affirm. Although a statutory basis for jurisdiction was not explicitly stated on the record or in the referee’s written report and recommendation, the findings of fact and conclusions of law recited in the referee’s written report make it clear that MCL 712A.2(b)(1) and (2); MSA 27.3178(598.2)(b)(1) and (2) served as the statutory basis for jurisdiction.
