MEMORANDUM.
Following her plea-based conviction for receiving and concealing stolen property over $100,
MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803, defendant was sentenced to four years’ probation. She subsequently
pleaded guilty to violating the terms of her probation and was sentenced to forty to sixty months’
imprisonment. We affirm.
Defendant has waived her sentence challenge by failing to provide this Court with a copy of the
presentence investigation report as required by MCR 7.212(C)(7). People v Rodriguez, 212 Mich
App 351, 355; 538 NW2d 42 (1995). We decline to address defendant’s challenge to the propriety
of her probation violation pleas where the challenge was not set forth in the statement of the issues
presented. People v Yarbrough, 183 Mich App 163, 165; 454 NW2d 419 (1990).
Affirmed.
