MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded nolo contendere to two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct,
MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a), and one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct,
MCL 750.520b(1)(f); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(f). He was sentenced to eight to fifteen years’ imprisonment
on each CSC-II conviction and to eight to thirty years’ imprisonment on the CSC-I conviction.
Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm. This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to
MCR 7.214(E).
We reject defendant’s proportionality challenge in light of People v Cobbs, 443 Mich 276,
285; 505 NW2d 208 (1993).
Affirmed.
