MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded nolo contendere to second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL
750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a), and was sentenced to five years’ probation, with the first year
to be served in the county jail. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
Defendant has waived appellate consideration of his speedy trial issue by tendering an
unconditional plea. People v Wynn, 197 Mich App 509, 510; 496 NW2d 799 (1992); People v
Depifanio, 192 Mich App 257, 257-258; 480 NW2d 616 (1991).
Affirmed.
