STATE OF MICHIGAN
COURT OF APPEALS
MARGARET FULLER,
UNPUBLISHED
Plaintiff-Appellant,
v
No. 186762
Livingston Circuit Court
LC No. 93 012911 CZ
MCPHERSON HOSPITAL,
Defendant-Appellee.
Before: Gribbs, P.J., and Cavanagh and Saad, JJ.
SAAD, J. (dissenting):
I respectfully dissent. Because plaintiff admitted at trial that (1) she was not aware that she was
sexually harassed while she was employed, (2) she never complained to her employer about the alleged
"after-discovered" sexually hostile work environment and (3) quit her employment for reasons other than
alleged sexual harassment, I would affirm the trial court's entry of judgment in favor of defendant.
