Plaintiff-Appellee,

No. 196698
Recorder’s Court
LC No. 94-007155
ROBERT A. MIRACLE,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: Jansen, P.J., and Wahls and P.R. Joslyn*, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c(1)(a);

violating the terms of his probation and was sentenced to one to fifteen years imprisonment. Defendant
appeals as of right. We affirm.
We decline appellate review of defendant’s claims because defendant has failed to argue the
merits of those claims. People v Kent, 194 Mich App 206, 210; 486 NW2d 110 (1992).
Affirmed.
