MEMORANDUM.
Defendant was convicted of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and felony-firearm,
MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). Defendant was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment on the
felony-firearm conviction and to forty months’ to fifteen years’ imprisonment on the robbery conviction.
Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
Defendant has failed to rebut the presumption that a sentence within the guidelines’ range is
proportionate to the circumstances of the offense and offender. People v Eberhardt, 205 Mich App
587, 591; 518 NW2d 511 (1994).
Affirmed.
