Plaintiff appeals by right an order of summary disposition in favor of appellees Grooms and Trader publishing Company. This case is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E). With respect to defendant LeVand’s involvement in the accident which is the subject of this lawsuit, the evidence indicates only that her negligence in following appellee Grooms’ vehicle too closely, thereby rendering her unable to stop in the assured clear distance ahead, is the sole causative factor in the injury-producing collision.
