STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS __________________________________________ In the Matter of AZIA ROBINSON, Minor. DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, UNPUBLISHED May 9, 1997 Petitioner-Appellee, v No. 193100 Genesee Probate Court LC No. 93-097238-NA SHERITA SHANNON, Respondent-Appellant, and MILTON ROBINSON, SR., and MICHAEL HILL, Respondents. Before: Corrigan, C.J., and Young and Michael J. Talbot,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Respondent-appellant appeals as of right from the February 20, 1996 order of the probate court terminating her parental rights to the minor child under MCL 712A.19b(3)(g); MSA 27.3178(598.19b)(3)(g). We affirm. We are not persuaded that respondent-appellant has established any basis for disturbing the probate court’s decision to terminate her parental rights at the initial dispositional hearing. MCR 5.975(D). The probate court did not clearly err in finding that the statutory ground for termination was established by clear and convincing evidence. MCR 5.974(I); In re Miller, 433 Mich 331, 337; 445 NW2d 161 (1989). * Circuit judge, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment. -1 Affirmed. /s/ Maura D. Corrigan /s/ Robert P.
