PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
April 22, 1997
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 189630
Recorder’s Court
LC No. 95-000344
RANDOLPH MOORE,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: McDonald, P.J., and Reilly and O’Connell, JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant was convicted in a bench trial of receiving and concealing stolen property over $100,
MCL 750.535, MSA 28.803. He was sentenced to two years probation with jail confinement for the
first six months, and appeals as of right. We affirm.
The trial court’s findings of fact were not clearly erroneous. MCR 2.613(C). Minor
inconsistencies in the police officers’ testimony do not alter this conclusion. People v Likely, 2 Mich
App 458; 140 NW2d 529 (1966).
Affirmed.
