I respectfully dissent because, in the record presented, I would conclude that the relevant
evidence was not the product of an unconstitutional search and seizure. People v Jordan, 187 Mich
App 582, 587; 468 NW2d 294 (1991); People v Bloxon, 205 Mich App 236; 517 NW2d 563
(1994); People v Cooke, 194 Mich App 534; 487 NW2d 497 (1992).
