Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 193183
St. Joseph Circuit Court
LC No. 95-007973-FH
ANTHONY SCOTT BOHRER,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded nolo contendere to gross indecency between males, MCL 750.338; MSA

right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E)(1)(b).
Defendant’s claims are moot in light of the fact that he has fully served his sentence. Hence, we
decline appellate review of those claims. See People v Greenberg, 176 Mich App 296, 302; 439
NW2d 336 (1989).
Affirmed.
