COURT OF APPEALS
PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
April 4, 1997
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 191076
Van Buren Circuit Court
LC No. 94-009193-FH
WARREN FLOYD HATHCOCK,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded nolo contendere to possession of a firearm
during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2), and was sentenced to a one-year
jail term. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument
pursuant to MCR 7.214(A).
Because the record indicates that defendant has fully served his jail term, the issue raised on
appeal is moot. See People v Rutherford, 208 Mich App 198; 526 NW2d 620 (1994).
Affirmed.
/s/ Daniel F. Walsh
/s/ Robert P. Griffin
/s/ Walter P. Cynar
