MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded guilty to larceny from a person, MCL 750.357; MSA 28.589, and was
initially sentenced to five years’ probation. The trial court thereafter revoked probation and sentenced
defendant to five to ten years’ imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has
been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A).
Defendant’s sentence does not violate the principle of proportionality.
