MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded guilty of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(a); MSA
28.788(2)(1)(a), and was sentenced to ten to twenty-five years’ imprisonment. He appeals as of right.
We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E)(1)(b).
Defendant has not preserved for appellate review his challenge to the scoring of the sentencing
information report. MCR 6.429(C); People v Walker, 428 Mich 261, 262; 407 NW2d 367 (1987).
Affirmed.
