PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN,
UNPUBLISHED
March 25, 1997
Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 188321
Manistee Circuit Court
LC No. 91-002109-FC
ROBERT JOHN TAYLOR,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded guilty to violating probation on his underlying conviction of unarmed
robbery, MCL 750.530; MSA 28.798, and was sentenced to seven to fifteen years’ imprisonment. He
appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR
7.214(A).
Defendant’s argument regarding recusal is not preserved for appellate review. Radtke v
Everett, 442 Mich 368, 397-398; 501 NW2d 155 (1993). Further, the trial court considered the
nature of the offender, the underlying offense, and the several probation violations in crafting a
proportionate sentence. People v Milbourn, 435 Mich 630; 461 NW2d 1 (1990).
Affirmed.
