Before: Michael J. Kelly, P.J., and Smolenski and W.J. Giovan,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and was sentenced to concurrent terms of fifteen to thirty years’ imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). As part of his plea agreement, defendant waived the right to challenge his sentence on appeal if it fell within the guidelines’ recommendation, which it does.
