Plaintiff-Appellee,
v
No. 185485
Kent Circuit
LC No. 94-001158-FC
PHILLIP CHRISTOPHER ROBINSON,
Defendant-Appellant.
Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ.
MEMORANDUM.
Defendant pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and was
sentenced to twenty to forty years’ imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has
been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A).
Because defendant was sentenced in accordance with the plea and sentencing agreement and
has failed to seek withdrawal of his plea, he has waived the right to challenge the length of his sentence
on appeal. People v Ward, 206 Mich App 38, 43-44; 520 NW2d 363 (1994); People v Blount,

Affirmed.
