MEMORANDUM.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to larceny in a building, MCL 750.360;
MSA 28.592, and was sentenced to two to four years’ imprisonment with eighty-eight days of sentence
credit. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant
to MCR 7.214(A).
Defendant is not entitled to sentence credit for time served on an unrelated offense in an Illinois
prison after a hold was placed on him by the State of Michigan. MCL 769.11b; MSA 28.1083(2);
People v Adkins, 433 Mich 732; 449 NW2d 400 (1989); People v Prieskorn, 424 Mich 327; 381
NW2d 646 (1985).
Affirmed.
