STATE OF MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, UNPUBLISHED February 28, 1997 Plaintiff-Appellee, v No. 184152 Recorder’s Court LC No. 91-012607 ARNOLD MANN PATTS, Defendant-Appellant. Before: D.F. Walsh,* P.J., and R.P. Griffin** and W.P. Cynar,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and three counts of assault with intent to commit murder, MCL 750.83; MSA 28.278. He also pleaded nolo contendere to one count of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. Defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of twenty-five to forty years’ imprisonment for each of the CSC convictions, fifteen to thirty years’ imprisonment for each of the assault convictions, and ten to twenty years’ imprisonment for the armed robbery conviction. He appeals as of right. We remand for correction of the presentence investigation report (PSIR) and the sentencing information report (SIR). This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). There is no ambiguity regarding the sentencing guidelines used by the court in imposing sentence for the CSC convictions. Both parties and the trial court agreed that the correct guidelines’ range was 120 to 300 months. However, because the PSIR and the SIR indicate a guidelines’ range of 240 to 480 months, we remand for the limited purpose of correcting those documents to reflect the proper guidelines’ range. *Former Court of Appeals judges, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment pursuant to Administrative Order 1996-10. **Former Supreme Court justice, sitting on the Court of Appeals by assignment pursuant to Administrative Order 1996-10. -1 Remanded for the limited purpose of correcting the PSIR and the SIR.
