Before: Fitzgerald, P.J., and Griffin and M.R. Knoblock,* JJ. MEMORANDUM. Defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and was sentenced in accordance with an agreement to concurrent terms of twenty to sixty years’ imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This case has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(A). Defendant asks this Court to remand the case for a hearing pursuant to People v Ginther, 390 Mich 436; 212 NW2d 922 (1973). We decline to do so because defendant failed to bring a timely motion for remand. MCR 7.211(C)(1); People v Price, 214 Mich App 538, 547; 543 NW2d 49 (1995). Affirmed. /s/ E.
